As the owner of Blackbird Learning Associates and a job search educator, I specialize in outplacement training. Our company provides hands-on training in a number of key job search areas including career assessment, resume preparation, interviewing, networking, job search skills for the age 40+ worker and job search skills for mothers. We also provide outplacement training for organizations. I am the author of Job Search for Moms, a handbook designed to teach the tools needed to plan and execute a successful job search.

I grew up in Long Branch, am married and have two children. I am also a Board Member of Family & Community Services, and a member of the Women's Club.
