Another Baby Delivered on Garden State Parkway

Mother and baby are healthy

Another healthy newborn baby girl was delivered on the Garden State Parkway in Tinton Falls late Sunday night. This is the second time a baby was born on the Garden State Parkway this year, and it occurred within a mile of the last time it occurred in February. Sunday night's birth occurred around 10:40 p.m. near Exit 105. According to the New Jersey State Police, the mother had already given birth by time they arrived on scene. Tinton Falls EMS also assisted on the scene. The mother and baby are reportedly doing well and resting at an unnamed Monmouth County hospital. Police did not release the name of the mother.
