Tinton Falls Seniors Not Allowing Age to Stop Them From Staying Fit

Seabrook offers several workout programs and classes for seniors

Seabrook Village residents Bob Zitch and Millie Collins said they have been working out their entire lives are not about to stop now. "I've been a fitness nut my whole life," Zitch said. "I work out six days a week and do aerobics every day." Working out has become part of Collins' daily routine at Seabrook "It gets me going in the morning and my day seems very long if I don't do it," Collins said.
