Executives from Oceanport-based CommVault rang in the New Year on Monday for customers and board members with a ring of the opening bell at the NASDAQ Stock Market. CommVault, a thriving software management firm, is headquartered in Oceanport on Crescent Drive, where its neighbors are a dog park, a cemetery and the purchasing department of St. Barnabas Healthcare. If you weren't looking for the place, you could pass right by it on your way to the BP Station. Around town, CommVault may be quiet, but on the ticker, it's making a lot of noise.
