Tinton Falls Mayor Michael Skudera cut the ribbon to officially welcome Merri-Makers at Palumbo’s into the business community of Tinton Falls on Wednesday Dec. 5. Palumbo’s is located at 4057 Asbury Ave. in Tinton Falls.
