My husband uses this business a lot. He has always had luck.
He sent me there last month...I went inside and the sign says "No customers inside, please wait outside and someone will assist you" or something to that affect.
So I went outside, funny, they can't see you standing there. After 10 minutes, no one came out and I left.
I understand that its an insurance thing, but if they want me to wait outside, then you need mirrors so that you can see I am there!
