Seabrook Celebrates the Good Work of Volunteers
Seabrook Village held back-to-back luncheons to honor the nearly 350 residents who give their time to help others.
Seabrook Village in Tinton Falls held luncheons over two days to celebrate and honor the almost 350 residents who give their time, talents and resources towards helping others inside and outside of the active-adult community.
The residents volunteer in a variety of ways. said Seabrook Volunteer Program Coordinator Ann Marie Matthews.
"It's easier if I say what the resident volunteers don't do," she joked. " They are involved in various partnerships with different organizations -- they work at food banks, assist teachers in schools and collect clothing for the needy.
