ICAT Academy Offers Free Classes in January

OCEAN TOWNSHIP - ICAT Academy of Boxing, Fitness & Martial Arts will offer free classes during its week long open house, to be held Monday, Jan. 2 through Saturday, Jan. 7.
Adults and children can try an unlimited number of classes offered during regular business hours. The following children's classes will be free for the entire month of January: Zumba Kids; Grappling; and Rumble & Tumble Kid Fit. No pre-registration required.
Special adult and teen classes, including Hot Hula, Boxing Fitness and Self-Defense, as well as group and personal training sessions will be offered at no charge throughout the month.
