Competitor, Spectators Have a Blast at SkimBash 2011

Highlights from the skim-boarding competition in Sea Bright this weekend.

SkimBash 2011 was a hit on Sea Bright Municipal Beach with over 125 competitors and hundreds of spectators.

The two-day competition featured both amateur and professional skim boarders from around the country. The competition originated as a community event with 15 kids on the beach in 2004 by . Now, the event is nationally recognized and accredited event by Skim USA.
