Outgoing university president Paul Gaffney delivers Commencement address
The Monmouth University Class of 2013 took center stage today as PNC Bank Arts Center hosted the university's 82nd commencement ceremony on Wednesday.
If the students took center stage, Monmouth University President Paul G. Gaffney II, who is retiring after a 10-year tenure at the helm of the school, was a close second.
Gaffney addressed the graduates and delivered the commencement address.
