Local Schools Partner With Long Branch Chamber For Marketing Program

Program will allow Brookdale and Monmouth students to get special offers from local businesses

The Greater Long Branch Chamber of Commerce is partnering with two schools to give students a chance to visit local businesses and receive special offers.

and are joining a marketing campaign with the chamber that will encourage students to eat and dine locally.

The chamber, through Stelair Design, has produced 5 by 7-inch decals for businesses that welcome students from both schools.

According to a flyer from the chamber, some Long Branch businesses are already displaying the decals on their front doors and cash registers.

Participating businesses will have special offers or discounts for students who show their school ID.

Interested businesses can get decals from the chamber office at 228 Broadway or by emailing longbranchchamber@verizon.net. Those who wish to participate are encouraged to tell the chamber what type of discount they will offer so the chamber can relay it to Monmouth University or Brookdale.
