Graduation Day: Tinton Falls Class of 2011 Holds Ceremony on Tuesday

Eighth grade students from Tinton Falls Middle School graduated in style at Brookdale Community College's Collins Arena on June 14.

The Tinton Falls graduating class of 2011 gathered at Brookdale College’s Collins Arena on June 14 to celebrate the culmination of their lives as middle school students and transition to high school.  The graduation ceremony was well attended by family and friends.

Welcome speeches were made by dual Salutorians Caroline Ibarra and NoorEvelyn Sarsar.  Valedictorian Emily Hauge spoke of looking toward the future while holding on to the fond memories of middle school.  The students were also addressed by their principal, Linda Balogh, superintendent John Russo and Tinton Falls Board of Education President Peter Karavites, who each expressed pride in the class of 2011.
