Mumfords Classes, Hot Meals in 30 Minutes

 Don't have time to cook? Let us help! This class focuses on quick and simple dishes that take 30 minutes to prepare and satisfy health conscious eaters' appetites. To start the night, Chris sautés Garlic infused Beef Tips and puts them over Romaine Lettuce with Wilted Onions and a Caper-Lemon Vinaigrette. Next, he prepares a Pork Scaloppini with Pears, Dried Apricots, Shiitake Mushrooms and Basmati Rice. The next two entrees will come from the sea, beginning with Asiago Seared Scallops tossed with Zucchini, Broccoli Rabe, Tomato, Tarragon and Fusilli Pasta. To bring the night to a close, Chris will present Pan-Roasted Tilapia over a Cous Cous-Bibb Lettuce Salad. This class is a must for all those time efficient, health conscious chefs who want to prepare tasty meals.
