CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION COURSE

Tuesdays, November 15, 22, 29, December 6 and 13 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Learn everything you need to know to prepare for the birth of your baby during this 5-session course.  Education on relaxation and breathing techniques will be included.  The course will be held at Monmouth Medical Center located at 300 2nd Avenue in Long Branch. To register, call 732-923-6990.  $125 per couple.
