Mahala Atchison School Art Show

This year we are taking on a huge endeavor, each student will become an author and illustrator of their own book!

 We will create art to include in our books using a variety of art media. Our projects will be centered around the CCCS for the visual arts and will be connected with character development. Specifically, how each of us can make a positive difference in our home, school, community and world.

Our creations will be integrated into other core subject areas, with a strong focus on Language Arts. In addition to collaborative class pieces, each individual artist will have one display area to exhibit their masterpieces. 

For display purposes and for continuing our "green" movement, we will be collecting pizza boxes. (please clean them of all food debris before sending them in)
