Ms. Wills will talk about the new Geriatric program at Monmouth Medical Center. Focus will be on the Geriartic Emergency Unit and Transition in Care Program for the Frail Elderly with Dementia. Learn about the changes at Monmouth Medical Center that focus on geriatric patients and thier special needs during a hospital stay.
