Brookdale Community College’s Outreach Business and Community Development division is pleased to share the announcement that Nairn Friemann, a Certified Staging Professionals Instructor was selected as the RESA 2012 Professional Stager of the Year. The award was presented at the International Home Staging Convention awards banquet on February 1 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Friemann, President of Ingenuity & Pizzazz, Inc., NYC, will teach the four day 30-hour course that will provide the foundation for those wanting to start a career or own a business in real estate property staging. The Certified Staging Professional™ program is a blend of property staging processes, interior redesign techniques, along with business, marketing and communication for effectively staging a house for sale.
For those taking the class, a one year membership in CSP™ is included in fee of $2,099 that also includes the 400 page course manual.
