Do Your Part: Contribute to the 100 Days of School Food Drive
All three schools in Tinton Falls are collecting food as part of the annual "100 days of school, 100 cans of food."
The Tinton Falls School District will be celebrating the 100th day of school by helping others.
The PTA is challenging all to collect 100 cans of food per classroom for its annual drive, which ends Feb. 10.
The Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties will send a truck on Friday to and to collect the donations. PTA volunteers at MFA and Swimming River School and the Community Service Club and the Junior National Honor Society Students at the Middle School will assist in the collection of food items to be loaded onto the Foodbank truck on Friday morning.

This food drive is co-chaired by Beth Rogers and Susan Fisher. The PTA wishes to thank all of the families and faculty for their support of this very worthy cause. Organizers also want to acknowledge Super Foodtown for their donation of brown paper bags to assist with the collection of food items in the classrooms.
