Women's Only Running Program Starts Thursday!

Registration is open for RTC Training’s six week women’s only running program Fair Haven. The program is for women of all abilities to help them reach their goals in 2014! Each session will focus on personal goal development, proper technique and mechanics, and having fun while running. This program will be coached by local elite runner, Marissa Alberti and directed by Robert Cavanaugh, director of RTC Training.

RTC Training’s Women’s Running Program will be held on 6 consecutive Thursday’s (May 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12) from 10 to 11 a.m. in Fair Haven.  The cost for this program is $90.  To register, email rob@rtc-training.com or call 732-406-4454.

Ms. Alberti is an avid runner with a passion of helping others in their goal of living healthier lives.  She is a former winner of the Beauty and the Beach 5 miler, second place finisher at the Spring Lake 5, multiple top five finisher at the George Sheehan Classic, and a third place finisher at the Myrtle beach Half Marathon.

RTC Training is for runners of all ages and abilities to help them reach their running goals. RTC Training helps runners reach their potential through camps, private training, and group training. These specific training programs each provide individual instruction to help improve the runner.
