Turning Sworn in as Tinton Falls Mayor

Turning also named who will replace him as borough administrator.

Tinton Falls officially has a new mayor as Gerald Turning was sworn to his new position on Tuesday night.

Turning, who served as borough adminstrator for the last few years, replaces Michael Skudera, who chose not to run for reelection this past year.

Turning also named his replacement, Michael Muscillo, who has previously served in Lakewood and Hazlet.

Thomas Fallon was also named as Chief Financial Officer Stephen Pfeffer's replacement. Pfeffer is retiring on May. 1
