The Long Branch Planning Board was originally scheduled to hear presentations from TDB and CVS during its Tuesday night meeting, but both applications were carried.
TDB will now present its plans to build 11 condos on Marine Terrace during the Oct. 15 planning board meeting.
CVS will present its plans to build a new pharmacy in the Broadway Gateway redevelopment zone on Thursday, Oct. 24.
Both meetings will be held at Long Branch City Hall at 7:30 p.m.
