Residents Can Vote In West Long Branch Primary Election Today

Polls open until 8 p.m. tonight

Today's Republican primary will be uncontested as one incumbent and one newcomer have thrown their hats in the ring for two open seats on the West Long Branch Council.

Incumbent Christopher Neyhart will seek his third term on the council and Fred Migliaccio will be looking to join the council for the first time. Migliaccio is currently the borough's Office of Emergency Management Coordinator and the Fire Sub Code Official.

Republican Councilman J. Thomas DeBruin, who was elected to the council in 2005, will not seek a third term on the dais.
