New Multi-Family Home Planned For Beachfront North Area

The proposed home is located in one of the city's redevelopment zones.

Plans for a multi-family home located in the city's Beachfront North redevelopment zone have been presented to the Long Branch Council.

The 4-story building would be built on at 90 Ocean Terrace, which is on the corner of Ocean Boulevard, directly south of the Peddler.

Engineer Andrew Stockton said the existing 2-story, 2-family dwelling at the site would be demolished to make way for the new building.

The project is located within one of the city's redevelopment zones, so the Long Branch Council needs to conceptually approve the plan and redeveloper's agreement with Marcello Gruberg and Alexander Fridman, the developers of the property.

The Long Branch Planning Board would have the final say on the project and would have to approve it after the Long Branch Council prepares the necessary steps.
