The Code Red system sends high speed notifications to residents such as severe weather alerts to both landline and mobile phones. The system is fast and has the capability to quickly reach the borough’s residents and business. If a person does not answer the phone, Code Red will forward the message to their voicemail.

Code Red reports to the borough in real-time on the amount of calls delivered to each person, the number of answered calls, and the number of calls sent to voicemail. Also, the borough can easily tailor messages such as a street closure or a water main break to specific geographical areas by using a simple point and click mapping tool.
