Long Branch, Tinton Falls Residents Appointed to Monmouth Board

Paul Kiernan Jr. of Long Branch was appointed to a three-year term on the Planning Board and Sean Collins, of Tinton Falls was appointed to a three-year term on the Transportation Council.
