LAST CHANCE: Registration For Local Voters Ends Tomorrow

Tinton Falls, Eatontown offering extended office hours

 

The November 2012 election is rapidly approaching, and so is the deadline for local residents to register to vote.

Tuesday, Oct. 16, is the last day for unregistered residents to head to their local borough clerk's office and get themselves ready to voter on Nov. 6.

The Eatontown Clerk's office will be open until 9 p.m. on Oct. 16 to assist residents who wish to register to vote. The Tinton Falls Borough Clerk's office will be open until 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 15.

The Long Branch City Clerk's Office and West Long Branch Borough Clerk's Office will close at normal hours on Oct. 15 and 16 at 4:30 p.m. Clerks from both towns said any residents who wish to register on those days should do so at the office.

Residents can fill out a form at borough or city hall and the county will pick them up on Oct. 17.
