Packed agenda includes vote on pier/ferry ordinance

The end of a busy year comes tonight for the , as it hold its final meeting of 2011.

The agenda is packed and features several items for the caucus, which begins at 6 p.m., and the regular meeting, which starts at 7:30 p.m.
