State Health Insurance (Assistance) Program (S.H.I.P.) will have a representative at the Monmouth County Library - Shrewsbury Branch on December 28th from 10:00am-1:00pm.  Schedule an appointment to discuss Medicare, Medicaid, etc.  All are welcome.
