CommVault, Fort Monmouth Deal Could Be Cut Next Week
Redevelopers have bumped their regular meeting on April 18 to April 24 where action may be taken to draft a purchase lease agreement with the tech corporation.
This time next week, Fort Monmouth redevelopers and the Oceanport-based high tech firm could enter a deal that would relocate the company to fort property, potentially making way for the company to build a new and bigger corporate headquarters to accomodate it's plans add jobs.

On Monday the posted on its Web site plans to move its regularly scheduled meeting this week in anticipation of the deal.

Notice of Meeting Date
In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, P. L. 1975, c. 231, Section 13, the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority (FMERA) here provides adequate notice of a Special Public Meeting.
The FMERA Board will not meet on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 as previously scheduled. A meeting of the FMERA Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Eatontown Municipal Building, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, NJ. Formal action may be taken at this meeting on an agreement on property disposition with the U.S. Army, a purchase-sale agreement with CommVault for Parcel E, and a lease agreement with obligation to purchase with AcuteCare for the Clinic Parcel.
