Beachfront North Multi-Family Home Headed to Long Branch Planning Board for Approval

The proposed home would be located on Ocean Terrace

By Christopher Sheldon

The city has reached a redevelopers' agreement with Marcelo Gruberg and Alexander Fridman that will allow them to take their proposed Beachfront North project to the Long Branch Planning Board for final approval.

Gruberg and Fridman are looking to build a multi-family, 4-story building at 90 Ocean Terrace, which is on the corner of Ocean Boulevard, directly south of the Peddler.

The existing 2-story, 2-family dwelling at the site would be demolished to make way for the new building.

The Long Branch Planning Board will have to give the developers the final approval for the project, and will likely do so at a future meeting.
