Two Suspects Accused of Shoplifting Jewelry and Watches from Lord & Taylor

One of the suspects was also charged with possession of marijuana

Two suspects are accused of shoplifting watches and jewelry from the in Eatontown.

Niasia Y. Winslow, 21, of 126 Anelve Ave., in Neptune, was arrested by police on Jan. 4 for allegedly shoplifting two rings from the department store. One valued at $130 the second valued at $36.00.

Winslow was also charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution of another for providing false identification at the time of her arrest.

Eatontown Police also arrested Michael D. Carter, 22, of 609 County Rd., in Cliffwood, NJ, on Jan. 4 for allegedly shoplifting two Michael Kors watches valued at $250 each and a gold and silver necklace valued at $22.

Carter was also charged with posession of marijuana and intent to distribute for allegedly carrying 18 small plastic baggies "containing a green vegetation," according to the complaint warrant filed with the Monmouth County Prosectutor's office.

Both suspects were scheduled to make initial court appearances on Jan. 5.
