Two Long Branch Men Indicted by Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office

Charges for men include attempted burglary and possession of a controlled dangerous substance

Two Long Branch men have been indicted by the Monmouth County Prosecutors for crimes they committed in Wall and West Long Branch.

Rud Colas, 39, of Chelsea Avenue was charged Wednesday with three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.

On July 31, in Wall Township, Colas allegedly was found to be in possession of ketamine, ecstasy, and methamphetamine.

John L. Poole, 40, of Branchport Avenue was charged on Wednesday with attempted burglary, a third degree crime. 

On March 7, Poole allegedly attempted to burglarize a West Long Branch home.
