Tinton Falls Man Indicted for Possession of Heroin

Ronald Hansen, 41, was arrested in Neptune Township on April 5 for alleged possession of the controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.

A Tinton Falls man was indicted by a Grand Jury on July 28 for allegedly attempting to purchase heroin from a Neptune resident.

Ronald Hansen, 41, of 22 Canidae Ct., was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (third degree) for allegedly attempting to buy heroin from Jeffrey Spivey, 50, of 1305 11th Ave., Neptune on April 5 in Neptune Township.

Hansen also faces the additional charge of tampering with physical evidence (fourth degree).

Spivey was also indicted and faces charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, distribution and intent to distribute.
