Three Charged With Cocaine Possession in Tinton Falls

Monmouth County Grand Jury hands down indictments

 

Two Howell residents and a resident of Freehold were recently indicted on one charge by a Monmouth County Grand Jury. 

Amy E. Labella, 20, of Windeler Rd. Jeramie C. Nedza, 31, of East 5th Street and Ryan W. Chapman, 31 of Burki Place in Freehold were indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

According to the indictment the three were arrested on or about Feb. 7 in Tinton Falls for having cocaine.

  • Anthony V. Miranda, 27 of Jackson, Danielle N. Young, 25 of Germansville, PA, Erica Godbolt, 24, of Oakwood Dr. in Howell and Tracy Buchanan, 30, of Route 33 in Freehold were indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. They were arrested in Howell on or about March 20 for having heroin.
  • Miranda was also indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance when he was found to have buprenorphine.
