Stolen Pillow Case, Electronics Land Pair in Hot Water

Erin Harmon and Lee Marchetti were charged with receiving stolen property from burglaries reported in Oceanport, Eatontown and Jackson.

An Oceanport woman and Tinton Falls man are facing several theft charges for receiving stolen items such as electronics, jewelry and a pillow case from a borough home and other homes in the area.

Erin Harmon, 27, of Oceanport and Lee Marchetti, 22, of Tinton Falls have been charged with three counts of theft for receiving items burglarized from homes in Oceanport, Eatontown and Jackson, according to court documents.

The charges stem from an investigation by the West Long Branch Police Department.

According to court documents, Harmon and Marchetti received jewelry, watches and silverware from an Oceanport home; jewelry, watches, computers and game consoles from a Jackson home; and a laptop computer and pillow case from and Eatontown home. The documents state they received the goods on April 28.

Harmon and Marchetti were taken to Monmouth County jail and are being held there on $25,000 bail. Their first appearance in Monmouth County Court is scheduled for June 26.
