Police: Eatontown Man Robbed Colts Neck Home

Colts Neck Police arrested Paul Procopio, 26 of Eatontown in connection with a recent home invasion.

Colts Neck Police charged an Eatontown man in connection with a burglary case, in which the man allegedly cut through a screen in a window to get into the house.

Paul Procopio, 26, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of burglary, three counts of theft and conspiracy with charges in Freehold, Colts Neck and Tinton Falls.

Procopio allegedly stole $500 worth of jewelry from the Colts Neck home.

Police reported Procopio allegedly stole $500 worth of property from a Freehold home and $7,896 worth of jewelry and cash from a Tinton Falls home. He was also charged with conspiring to commit burglary with an unnamed defendant in Tinton Falls.

Procopio is being held in the Monmouth County Jail in lieu of $47,500 bail, with no option to post 10 percent of the bond.
