Overnight Fire Guts Third Avenue Building
The fire occurred in a furniture refinishing and upholstery shop.

A five alarm fire destroyed a building at 35 Third Ave. in Long Branch.
The 3-story building that served as a furniture refinishing and upholstery business suffered severe damage from a first floor fire that was reported around 4 a.m. on Thursday morning.
It is unclear if there were any injuries as a result of the blaze, but the building appeared to be vacant at the time of fire.
