It's been a busy week for bad guys around Monmouth County this week. Topping the crime news is a Manchester man who was arrested and charged with murder in a mysterious Long Branch case and former Red Bank Mayor Ed McKenna, who was arrested and charged with drunken driving following a car collision.

Eatontown Man Charged With Possession of 25 Pounds of Marijuana

An Eatontown man has been arrested and charged as part of a two month-long investigation by a number of local law enforcement agencies resulted in the arrests of 10 people, plus the seizure of cars, cash and about 140 pounds of marijuana, authorities said.

A melee at the Metropolitan Café early Sunday morning sent two to the hospital with bleeding heads, one arrested and possibly others pending, police said Thursday.
