NJ Transit Service Disrupted After Pedestrian Killed Near Metropark

A pedestrian was hit by an Amtrak train at 3:30 p.m. Monday.

All train service at Metropark has been disrupted after a pedestrian was struck and killed by an Amtrak train, according to NJ.com.

According to the report, the pedestrian was hit by a train at 3:30 p.m. Monday by am Amtrak train carrying 206 passengers.

According to the NJ Transit website, all service on the Northeast Corridor line and North Jersey Coast Line trains were subject to delays Monday during the evening commute.
