Man Indicted for Criminal Mischief at Staybridge Suites Hotel in Eatontown

Josue Lavarin of Ocean Grove was indicted on Friday for about $850 in property damage at the Industrial Way hotel, including a 32-inch TV.

An Ocean Grove man was indicted by a grand jury on June 24 for criminal mischief at the in Eatontown, resulting in almost $850 in damages.

Josue Lavarin, 25, 148 Embury St., Ocean Grove, was indicted on Friday for damaging a 32-inch LCD TV, mirror and lamp on Jan. 26 at the Industrial Way East hotel on Jan. 26.

Lavarin is charged with criminal mischief.
