According to Detective Lt. Lawrence Tyler, Marsh admitted to entering the women’s bathroom in the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel for the purpose of allegedly observing the female patrons while in the bathroom and also masturbating while in the bathroom stalls. Marsh allegedly did so at least six times since the beginning of this year.

"The Eatontown Police Department had originally received a suspicious incident report from the Sheraton Hotel Security," Detective Lt. Tyler said. "They stated that several female guests of the hotel had stated that they believed that they had seen male style footwear sticking out from under the bathroom stall walls while in the bathroom."

After the latest report, hotel security was able to locate and stop Marsh before he exited the hotel to identify him.

The information was then turned over to the Eatontown Police and an investigation was launched that led to the weekend arrest of Marsh by Det. Paulus.

Mr. Marsh was arrested, charged and released on bail this weekend, according to Detective Lt. Tyler.

He said anyone who has information about one of the incidents should contact Det. Brett Paulus at 732-389-1776.
