Man Arrested After Allegedly Trespassing At Long Branch Home

The man charged is a 35-year-old Ocean Township resident.

An Ocean Township man was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing after police say he entered an unlocked home on Hollywood Avenue.

Timothy Foote, 35, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 3 and taken to Monmouth Medical Center for a cut on his finger and later released on a summons, according to the Long Branch Police Facebook Page.

A housekeeper told police that Foote entered the home through an unlocked door and fled the area after hopping the deck railing a few minutes later.

Officers located Foote on Norwood Avenue and took him into custody.

Sgt. Jorge Silvero, Officer Heather Valdes, Officer Joan Kobuszewski, Officer Stanley Eskridge, Officer Christopher Walls, Officer George Samol, Officer G. Thomas Olski, and Officer John Edwards under the supervision of Lt. Frank Morey assisted in the arrest.
