A Red Bank man is facing robbery, burglary, theft and credit card fraud charges stemming from incidents in Tinton Falls and Asbury Park.

Robert E. Womble Jr., 53, of 33 Evergreen Terrace, allegedly committed burglary by entering a vehicle, a 2011 Jeep Liberty, on Pear Street in Tinton Falls on Oct. 19 and stealing a wallet valued at $200 containing the owner's driver's license, Citi Bank and Chase Bank credit cards, the complaint warrant said.

Womble then allegedly used one of the credit cards to make a $161.52 purchase at WaWa, the complaint said.

A warrant was issued for his arrest on those charges, both fourth-degree crimes.

Womble was arrested in Asbury Park on Nov. 16 after allegedly committing a robbery on Nov. 15 at a Rite Aid Pharmacy there, removing the security device from a lithium ion Razor valued at $40 and trying to leave the store with it. In the process, he allegedly posed a threat to others by scratching the arms and hands of those in the way, a separate complaint warrant said.

Bail for each of the Tinton Falls charges was set at $10,000, with no 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Bail for the Asbury incident was set at $25,000, with no 10 percent option, by Judge DiBenedetto.

Womble's initial court appearance is set for Nov. 22 at 12:05 p.m.
