Sea Bright Police have charged a 46-year old man with stealing a vehicle -- specifically a 1987 Mac Dump Truck.
Nelson J. McCan of Patton Ave. in Long Branch is facing charges of illegally entering 244 Ocean Ave. in Sea Bright with the intent to steal the truck valued at $15,000.
He is charged with criminal trespass and theft, and is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $15,000 bail.
His first appearance before a judge in Monmouth County Superior Court will be July 10.
