Long Branch Resident Indicted For Possessing Dangerous Fireworks

Incident occurred in Long Branch on the Fourth of July

A Long Branch resident has been indicted by the a Monmouth County Grand Jury for possessing dangerous fireworks on the Fourth of July.

Nicola Pisani, 33, of Ocean Boulevard, was indicted on Oct. 19 and charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and risking widespread injury or damage, both fourth degree crimes.

Pisani allegedly had "numerous large canisters of fireworks wired together to explode," on the Fourth of July this year.
