Camacho was charged with aggravated sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal restraint. Pilone said the criminal restraint charge stems from the allegation that Camacho forcibly took the child from one room of the house to another to perform sexual acts.

Camacho was taken to Monmouth County Jail and his cash-only bail was set at $210,000 by Superior Court Judge Paul Kapalko.
