Fort Monmouth Army Training Will End Friday Night

Training started Monday night

 

The at Fort Monmouth are scheduled to be end Friday night, according to Eatontown and Tinton Falls officials.

The training began at 8 p.m. on July 23 and could be heard by residents of Eatontown, Tinton Falls, Oceanport, Shrewsbury and West Long Branch. It includes simulated explosions and gunfire and low-flying helicopters by units from U.S. Army Fort Bragg.

Residents in these towns are still being asked not to call their local police departments who have said they are aware of the training and do not have further information to report.
