Colin, Edouard and LeGrand were arrested just before 5 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Rector Place and North Bridge Avenue after both were found with cocaine as well as a digital scale, police said.
Colin attempted to hinder his apprehension by providing the arresting officer with a false name, police said, while Edouard allegedly obstructed the administration of law by grabbing the arm of the officer as he attempted to retrieve the suspected cocaine. LeGrand also was charged with hindering his own apprehension after giving the officer a false name and date of birth, police said.
