Eatontown Police Find Missing Man Dead in Toys R Us Parking Lot

Timothy Hunt, 53, of Oceanport, had been missing since Wednesday.

A diabetic Oceanport man was found dead in his car by this afternoon.

Police found the vehicle of Timothy Hunt, 53, in the parking lot around 1:14 p.m. Saturday, with Hunt deceased inside.

Hunt's family reported him missing to the Oceanport Police Department on Friday morning. They had not heard from him since after dinner Wednesday, believing he drove off either late Wednesday or early Thursday.

A mass e-mail sent Saturday morning in an attempt to find Hunt stated that he was a diabetic who may have been without medication for three days.

The Eatontown Police are conducting a joint investigation with the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office, and at this time, Hunt's death is not considered suspicious.
