An Eatontown man who allegedly groped the breasts of several female patrons at Monmouth Park was indicted by a Monmouth County Grand Jury on Oct. 18.

Jeffrey L. Bork, 65, of Eatontown was charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact when he was arrested in July. He allegedly groped the women after placing their betting vouchers down the front of their shirts, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

Bork, a betting teller, was arrested arrested after Oceanport Police detectives followed up on a report of sexual contact that allegedly occurred in the picnic area of the track.

Bork has also been charged with endangering the welfare of a child because one of the women he groped was under the age of 16, according to the indictment.
